After much preparation and visits to Clubs in other Rotary Districts a very successful tournament was held at the Bristol Free School.  16 students in 4 teams from year 9 competed to make a crane.  The crane had to be pushed along a track to lift a container of “hazardous” material from a derailed truck and the container had to be safely returned to the start line.  The students were motivated and enjoyed the activity.  Certificates were given out to all students and the winning team was presented with a trophy for the school & individual medals.

This is the first Technology Tournament in District 1100 and was a collaboration with Bristol Breakfast RC.
